PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY

1. The Promotional Activities (Grand Lucky Draw/Lucky Dip/ Online Giveaway/ Stage Games & Activities) is organized by Unique Event & Exhibition ("UEE").
    

2. Participation in the Promotional Activities is subject to the Promotional Activities Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into these Promotional Activities is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations, and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant.
    

3. Participants must be Singapore citizens, Singapore permanent residents, or Singapore residents (with valid employment passes or work permits) aged 18 and above, subject to the exclusions stated in these Terms and Conditions.
    

4. UEE reserves the right to refuse entry/award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
    

5. The Grand Lucky Draw will take place on 28 April 2024, at 8 PM.
    

6. UEE reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
    

7. UEE’s decision on the winners is final and no correspondence will be entertained. No inquiries, or appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by all decisions made by UEE concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures, and regulations of the Promotional Activities, the award of prizes, and any other matters relating to the Promotional Activities.
    

8. Participant affirms the accuracy of all information provided at the time of Promotional Activities’ entry. Any misrepresentation of any fact or particulars (deemed material by UEE) shall result in disqualification and/or the forfeiture, withholding, withdrawal or reclaiming of any prizes won.
    

9. By entering the Promotional Activities, each participant agrees to:
   a.  UEE may collect, use, disclose, and share amongst themselves and their respective service providers, the participant’s data, including the photographs or audio-video or other recordings of these participants (“Material”) for publicity and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in UEE’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format, and whether to promote the Promotional Activities or otherwise without further notification, remuneration or compensation; and
   b.  UEE may send promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from time to time to them.

10. UEE shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Promotional Activities, or any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).|
     

11. If applicable, all responsibility concerning the prizes won, should be directed to the respective exhibitors/sponsors.
     

12. All entries are sent at the risk of the participants and if there are technical difficulties experienced arising out of the internet or from any associated equipment or internet security is compromised, UEE may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify the entire entry and shall not accept any liability doing so.
     

13. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.  UEE accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings. Prizes are subject to availability and UEE /exhibitors/sponsors have the right to substitute any prize for a comparable prize of equal or greater value to be awarded in lieu, subject to any applicable law.
     

14. The winner must present the Grand Lucky Draw Winning Email Confirmation to claim the prize.
