Terms & Conditions:

The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the GO Malaysia Fair 2026 Grand Lucky Draw (the "Grand Lucky Draw"), where participants stand a chance to win a Proton e.Mas 5 (the "Prize Car"). The Grand Lucky Draw is organised by Unique Event & Exhibition Pte Ltd (the "Organiser") and Kinetic Auto Pte Ltd (the “Sponsor”).​

​​1. Eligibility

​

• The Grand Lucky Draw is open to Singapore local residents residing in Singapore who are aged 18 years and above.

• The winner must meet all legal requirements under the laws of Singapore to own, register, and hold the vehicle in their own name.

• Participants from entities such as business companies, partnerships, or sole proprietorships must be legally authorized to participate.

• Employees of Unique Event, Proton, Kinetic Auto, and their immediate family members associated with this promotion are not eligible to participate.

• Erroneous or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

• In the event of any dispute arising from the said participation, Unique Event has the right to disqualify such a winner.

​2. Grand Lucky Draw Period

​

The qualifying period for the Grand Lucky Draw is from 8 May 2026, 0000 hours to 30 November 2026, 23:59 hours (the "Campaign Period").​

3. Participation Mechanics

The mechanics of participation in the Grand Lucky Draw are as follows:

 

3.1 During the 3-Day Event Period (8 – 10 May 2026)

​

• Venue: Suntec Singapore Atrium Tower 1 & 2, Level 1, Singapore.

• Minimum Spend: A minimum qualifying spend of SGD 200 in a single receipt entitles a customer to one (1) entry into the Grand Lucky Draw.

• Auto-Vacation Bonus: Customers who purchase Auto-Vacation Packages are entitled to double entries, capped at a maximum of ten (10) entries per customer, unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.

• Submission: All registrations and entry submissions must be conducted at the GO Malaysia Fair Redemption Booth with valid proof of purchase.

• Verification: All entries shall be verified and processed by authorized personnel appointed by the GO Malaysia Fair / UEE team.

• The Organiser shall also conduct a subsequent GO Malaysia Fair at the end of year 2026 (“Subsequent Event”). Participation in the Subsequent Event shall qualify for entry into the same Grand Lucky Draw, subject to the same mechanics, terms, and conditions as stated herein, unless otherwise amended in writing by the Organiser.

3.2 Post-Event Period

​

• Extended Participation: Following the 3-day event, participation remains open via social media campaigns, EDM, and paid digital advertising.

• Travel Agents: Customers may continue to purchase Auto-Vacation Packages through appointed Travel Agents designated by the Organiser.

• Online Registration: All submissions during the post-event period must be conducted via the official online registration platform facilitated by the GO Malaysia Fair / UEE team.

• Verification: All submissions remain subject to verification of valid proof of purchase prior to acceptance.

3.3 General Participation Rules

​

• Accumulating multiple invoices to meet the minimum spend is not allowed.

• Participants are required to keep original invoices as proof of purchase.

• The Organiser is not responsible for inaccurate details provided by participants.

• Any cancellation of purchase or termination of contract before the drawing date will result in automatic forfeiture of eligibility.

4. Conduct of Grand Lucky Draw and Prizes

• ​

• Draw Date: The Draw shall be conducted by 31st December 2026 at a designated venue or via an approved digital platform. The final details shall be announced at a later date.

• Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be drawn for the Prize Car. Four (4) "reserve winners" will be drawn to replace the first winner in the event of disqualification.

• Prize Terms: The prize is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and excludes specific charges as stipulated by Proton.

• Full Payment: All outstanding payments for purchases must be made in full before collection of the Prize Car.

5. Winner Notification and Prize Collection

​

• Notification: The winner will be notified by phone and/or email within 14 days from the draw.

• Disqualification: If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days from the notifications, they will be disqualified, and a reserve winner will be selected.

• Verification: The winner must provide full particulars (NRIC/Passport) for audit purposes and attend a prize presentation ceremony.

• Publicity: The winner must allow photographs and videos to be taken and published in Organiser and Sponsor collaterals for marketing purposes.

• The winner is to abide by the Proton’s Terms and Conditions.

• The Prize Car shall not be exchangeable for cash or any other item or assignable by the Winner to any other party.

• The Winner shall not be entitled to trade-in or sell the Prize Car for the purchase of another vehicle from Proton or any of Proton’s affiliates or related corporations.

• The colour of the Prize Car shall be determined by Proton at its sole discretion

• The Winner shall satisfy all conditions and comply with all legal, regulatory, and procedural requirements pertaining to the registration of the Prize Car prior to making any claim thereto and taking delivery thereof, including but not limited to:

  • making payment for the following excluded items, which are not included as part of the Prize Car, at Proton’s prevailing rates, along with any applicable Goods and Services Tax (“GST”):

    • On-Board Unit and installation

    • Vehicle registration fee

    • Administrative fee for COE bidding and registration

    • Road tax

    • Goods and Services Tax

    • Insurances

    • Certificate of Entitlement (COE)

    • Any additional fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided by Proton in its sole discretion

    • Any other incidentals not stated herein

 

• The Winner shall register the Prize Car through Proton and take delivery of the Prize Car within a period of 3 months from the date of announcement of the Winner of the Grand Lucky Draw (the “Claim Date”), failing which Proton shall be entitled to charge the Winner reasonable fees for the storage of the Prize Car on a daily basis commencing from the Claim Date at such rate(s) as shall determine at its sole discretion.

• The Prize Car is non-transferable and non-negotiable.

6. Use of Personal Information

​

• By participating, you agree that Unique Event and its partners may collect and use your personal data to administer the Grand Lucky Draw in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

• Participants consent to the disclosure of personal data to official partners and sponsors for the purpose of verifying the winner.

7. General Terms & Conditions

​

• By participating in this Grand Lucky Draw, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions that the Organiser may issue from time to time. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms & Conditions may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Lucky Draw, and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

• By participating in this Grand Lucky Draw, the winners agree to participate in any form of publicity for this Grand Lucky Draw. The Organiser reserves the right to photograph, video, and/or record the Grand Lucky Draw, and publish any participants’ images and details for marketing and promotional purposes relating to the publicity of the Grand Lucky Draw and/or use in advertisements across all media, including, without limitation, in the Organiser’s publications, presentations, promotional materials on their websites, in its original or edited format without having to pay any fee or compensation to the participants.

• Participants agree not to disclose any confidential information relating to the Promotion or the Organiser to the media without prior written consent.

• The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Grand Lucky Draw is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

• The Organiser shall not be liable to any persons in the Grand Lucky Draw for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Grand Lucky Draw.

• The participant shall fully indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, in connection with and/or arising from the Participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Singapore law.

8. Termination / Cancellation Clause

​​

• The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion and where reasonably necessary, to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its control or if required by applicable laws or regulations.

• In the event that the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of similar value.

• The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the cancellation, suspension, or amendment of the Promotion or issues relating to prize fulfilment, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable laws.
